Went here today with my girlfriends and had such a wonderful experience! The staff were so professional, polite, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The spa was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had the perfect warm, low-light atmosphere to relax in. I arrived about an hour and a half before my appointment and was able to make the most of the connecting amenities — pool, spa, and sauna which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. My massage was absolutely amazing one of the best I’ve had and left me feeling so refreshed. Highly recommend this spa if you’re looking for a clean, relaxing and professional place to unwind. Great location city central too! Can’t wait to come back! Thank you to the wonderful manager and his team! 🥰

I had an incredible experience at Alysium Spa. From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional. A huge thank you to Alfonso for his warm welcome and professionalism, and to the wonderful girls for taking such good care of me throughout my visit. Every detail was perfect, and I left feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated. Highly recommended — I can’t wait to come back!

I had a wonderful classic facial with Molly, of the magic hands! Luxurious Payot products and a marvellous head, neck and arm massage while letting the masks (yes, two!) work wonders. Just a serene step off the city streets and bustling Hilton Hotel lobby into the discreet salon. I did not partake of the complimentary day spa amenities, maybe another day, but after my facial I look rested and rather glowing and perfectly presentable to go off and enjoy my day. Thank you, Alysium and it’s kind and sweet staff!

This was the most relaxing and indulgent massage and facial I have ever had! I think I dozed off a couple of times. Apple was amazing, she has expert hands, so gentle on the skin and very professional . She gave me some samples to try. I will definitely come back and highly recommend the experience. 10 out of 10!!

Today I had the pleasure of redeeming a voucher here. My experience was of the utmost perfection, thanks to two incredible individuals. First, Alfonzo, the manager i suspect, displayed exceptional hospitality. From the moment I called and then arrived, he greeted me with warmth and genuine kindness, making me feel first class. It’s clear that he cares about his guests and creates a positive atmosphere throughout the establishment. Then there was Ava (Hopefully correct spelling) who provided the most perfect massage. Her technique was incredibly soothing and tailored to my request of being firm. I left feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated. Ava's skills and professionalism truly made the session exceptional.
